What if I’m not sure about the prescription before I order?

Just call Clifton or Rob to discuss and we will guide you in any way necessary. This support service is free.

What if my patient rejects the product?
As we all know a small minority of patients will struggle to adapt or find the orthotics uncomfortable or unsuitable for certain shoes. Therefore during the first 6 months from the date of issue, we will alter / adapt the orthotics if necessary free of charge.

Is there a discount for 2nd pairs for the same patient?
Yes 20% off

How do I send my casts into you?
We can provide boxes or you can just use any cardboard box and attach our free address label onto it

How do I pay?
We operate standard 30 days trading terms and you can make payments on your account via a cheque, BACS or a card payment over the phone.

I currently use another lab and am looking to change supplier, may there be any problems with this?
All orthotics labs will use slightly different methods and there may well be a settling in period during which we learn of your individual preferences and you learn of our manufacturing techniques. After this we are sure you will be happy with our products and services, and we always welcome any feedback you may have.
